Product detailed description
The game Imperium: Obzory follows on from the previous games Imperium: Classics and Imperium: Legends and is fully compatible with them. The game utilises deck-building mechanics, whereby the player adds new cards from the public pool to their deck, as well as unique cards intended solely for their nation.
In the game, players can take on the role of one of 14 nations: the Abbasids, the Aksumites, the Cultists, the Guptas, the Inuit, the Japanese, the Hungarians, the Martians, the Maya, the Polynesians, the Sassanids, the Tain, the Tang and the Wagadu. Each of these can also serve as a unique and challenging opponent in single-player mode.
The game includes a trade module that allows players to develop their economy.
The Imperium game box contains:
- 14 nation decks (each containing 23 to 29 cards)
- 91 common cards
- 4 status cards
- 14 ‘Trade Routes’ expansion cards
- 49 modified cards for *Imperium: Classics* and *Imperium: Legends*
- 2 overview cards
- 32 enemy status cards (for solo play)
- 1 solstice token
- 48 resource tokens
- 48 population tokens
- 48 development tokens
- 21 exhaustion tokens
- 18 action tokens
- 36 goods tokens
- 6 position tokens
- 1 six-sided die
- 1 three-part supply marker
